Update from Miss Charlotte
Happy New Year! I really hope you had a fantastic Christmas break with your families. We certainly had a great end of the year with lots of festive events and exciting opportunities. Thank you from myself and all the DTA team for our generous gifts we are so grateful.
We are so excited for this term with our show coming up very soon! Please keep an eye out for important emails regarding the show. We kindly ask that you make every effort to ensure your child attends class and all rehearsals. Team effort is key in making sure the show is a success and we appreciate your support in this.

We are now adding important information to our website on the NEW DTA info hub page. Currently you can find information about the forthcoming show, show FAQs, term dates, uniform size guides, our policies and terms & conditions. The show information includes everything you need to know - times, dates, costumes, costs. Hopefully this will make it easier to access important information and you will not have to scroll through hundreds of emails. We are updating this all the time so please regularly check the page for updates.
ANNUAL SHOW
We are in full show mode now everyone! Please keep an eye on your emails as ticket sale dates, and final rehearsal timetables will be coming out soon. Costumes are currently being sorted and the costume list will be going out when these are sorted. Please note we will be fitting costumes on the children during class time over the next few weeks.
From Saturday 24th February through to Tuesday 12th March there will be no normal classes so any child not taking part in the show will not be able to attend any day within that period.
SHOW PROGRAMME - WELCOME MESSAGES
I am currently preparing our show programme. I will be opening space for good luck messages. Parents and family can write a good luck message to their children and it will be professionally printed. Each entry will be £5 per message. To do this please email me your good luck message (max 100 words)Â

SHOW PROGRAMME - ADVERTISEMENT OPPORTUNITY
There will also be space in the programme for small businesses to advertise their services in the programme.  If anyone is interested in advertising in our programme or knows anyone with a local business please let me know. We have aproximately 150 children in our show and they will have their friends and family in our audience.Â

FEE POLICY REMINDER
Students are offered a trial session.
 Yearly fees have been divided into 12 equal monthly payments and are payable over a 12 month period (this includes the August summer holidays).
All fees are paid in advance via direct debit on the first of each month.
Once the trial session has been completed any additional fees due in the current month will be added to the next month’s fees and will be taken on the 1st of the next month.
 In the event that a parent wishes to cancel classes at the end of the school year – the last payment will be taken on the 1st August as this will complete that year’s payable fees.
In the event of classes being cancelled Dance Theatre Arts Academy will reschedule the sessions, unfortunately if students cannot attend no refunds will be issued.
There are no reductions for missed classes due to sickness, holiday, school events etc.
If you decide to withdraw your child from Dance Theatre Arts Academy classes a month’s notice is required in writing.
All class fees, exam fees, event fees and show fees are non-refundable.
Fees will be reviewed annually.
Fees will be charged as follows:
45 minute class = £22.00 per month
60 minute class = £27.00 per month
30 minute class = £14.00 per month (seniors only)
75 minute class = £29.00 per month (seniors only)
